Your meetings,
handled.

Donna lives in your menu bar and opens every call the moment it starts. She knows what's next, runs commands on a keystroke, and keeps every time zone a glance away.

What Donna does today

Less context-switching.
More actually showing up.

Auto-open meetings

She opens the call so you never click "join" again

At start time Donna brings the right meeting to the front β€” Meet, Zoom, or Teams β€” in the right account. No tab-hunting, no "you're on mute," no walking in late.

How it works

Up and running in under a minute

Connect your calendars

Sign in with Google Calendar or drop in an iCal link. Donna reads your schedule, never your inbox β€” until you ask her to.

Set the moment

Open on time, a minute early, or only when you confirm. Pick the meetings that auto-open and the ones Donna just reminds you about.

Get on with your day

She lives quietly in the menu bar and shows up exactly when it counts. No dashboard to babysit, no tabs to keep open.

FAQ

Good questions

Which calendars does Donna support?+
Google Calendar and iCalendar (any ICS feed) today β€” including multiple accounts at once. Outlook and more are on the roadmap.
How does auto-open actually work?+
Donna reads the conferencing link on each event and launches it in the right app at the time you choose β€” on the dot, a minute early, or only after you confirm. You set this per calendar or per meeting.
Does Donna read my email?+
Not today. Donna only touches your calendar. Inbox sorting and auto-reply are coming, and they'll be strictly opt-in when they arrive.
Is it really free?+
The core β€” auto-open, next-up, world clocks, and commands β€” is free to use. A Pro plan with recordings, summaries, and inbox tools is coming for power users.
What do I need to run it?+
A Mac on macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Donna is a native menu-bar app β€” light, quiet, and quick.
Where does my data live?+
Your schedule stays on your device. Donna reads only what she needs to open the next meeting, and nothing leaves your Mac without your say-so.
